This is DiBaldo's dry gin. It comes in a larger format and is intentionally toned down in terms of beguiling complexity in comparison with his super premium offerings (don't worry, it's still packed with more stuffing than any other gin you've had). It is full of expressive citrus highs and a pretty floral component that is grounded by anise and balsamic juniper scents. You'll find all of the master’s hallmarks: integrity, exceptional quality ingredients and the perfection of his aromatic arrangement.

Serving:

• Neat on ice, no garnish (they show off best with water or a splash of tonic)

• In a 1:5 ratio with neutral tonic, no garnish

• An incredible martini
