DiBaldo ‘Paracelso’ Gin
tasting notes & service
This exotic delight has musky bark tones, essential oils and eastern shades, showing a different side to DiBaldo. The mystique of 'Paracelso', with its incense and spice trade origins, is expertly brightened with chords of pepper and citrus. Musical references are common with DiBaldo who secretively writes his aromatic scores in what resembles musical notation. There is no compromise in quality here, from the stunning base spirit to each perfectly delineated ingredient. In a marketplace full of hollow brands, poor quality spirit and fake aromatic additions, these are beyond doubt the most perfectly put composed gins we have ever tasted. One of the world's greats.
